数据要素化背景下文化数字化的创新发展研究

摘要： 随着数字技术的跨越式发展，数字化浪潮对文化传承与传播产生了深远影响，与此同时，数据要素化已经逐渐成为推动经济社会发展的核心驱动力。对文化数字化的发展现状和面临难题进行深入剖析，在此基础上，分析数据要素化进程对文化数字化发展的影响，并对文化数据要素化的发展趋势进行展望，以期为新时代优秀传统文化的创新传承提供思路，并为推动文化数字化建设提供参考。

Research on the innovative development of cultural digitalization under the background of data factorization

Abstract： With the leapfrog development of digital technology, the digitalization trend has a profound impact on the inheritance and dissemination of culture. At the same time, the process of data factorization has gradually become the core driving force for economic and social development. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and facing difficulties of cultural digitalization.On this basis, this paper analyzes the impact of the process of data factorization on the development of cultural digitalization, and looks forward to the development trend of cultural data factorization, with the aim of providing ideas for the innovative inheritance of excellent traditional culture in the new era. This paper provides valuable references for promoting the construction of cultural digitalization.

引言
数据被增列为新型生产要素，对经济社会发展的推动作用日益增强。文化数字化是数字中国“五位一体”建设的重要组成部分，数据的要素属性与新的文化传承发展使命碰撞融合，呈现出文化创新的新特征和新局面。深化对数字浪潮下文化建设的规律性认识，剖析数据要素化背景下文化数字化的创新发展特征和趋势，对于落实国家文化数字化战略具有重要意义，对于推动我国传统文化的传承创新具有积极影响，同时也有助于加快数据要素市场的建设进程，进一步推动我国数字经济的高质量发展。
