深圳市九八八电子有限公司，主要提供完整的电路板研发设计及（参考设计板、评估板、功能验证板、演示板、研发样板和产品试产板）装配服务 – 从元器件采购到贴片、插件、焊接、测试和包装等来料加工业务和包工包料业务。主要服务对象是各研发中心、半导体厂商以及产品具有小批量特点的国际国内客户。公司服务理念是做精,做细.打出样板生产品牌。从根本上解决客户一直苦脑的：“批量小、批次多、要求高、而很难找到配合很好的工厂”这一难题。从而量身设厂,旨在优质服务于小批量电路板领域。 

Shenzhen Jiubaba mainly provide whole kit of PCBA services - parts purchasing , SMT and DIP soldering, boards testing and packaging for electronic boards in small volume, such as Reference-Board, Evaluating-Board, Validating-Board, Demo-Board, prototypes of R&D department, pilot-running of electronic products. Our customers are mainly the R&D center, semiconductor suppliers and companies with small volume electronic products. Our objective is to provide high quality and quick response for customers whose boards are usually in small volume of batch quantity. 

公司开设了一条SMT线, 日产量40万件，插件线二条, 日插件量可达1０万件。生产装备雅玛哈YV100x-F+YV88X多功能机、八温区回流焊满足元件从1005的片状元件到５４mm的ＱＦＰ及ＢＧＡ，芯片的帮脚间距最小达３.５mil。 

We have one SMT line with production ability 200K points and 2 DIP lines with production ability of 100K points. Our SMT facilities – AUTO-paste Printer, Yamaha’s YV100x-F+YV88X multi-functional pick and place machine and 8 temperature zones reflow-oven are capable of assembly for SMT part size from 1005 R/C/L to 54mm QFP/BGA with fine pitch of 3.5mil.
