摘要： 针对目前高校在数据治理中的痛点和数据分析中的现状，积极探索以数据中台为核心的数据治理路径，从标准化与基础建设、集成建设两方面入手，进行数据标准建设、采集汇聚、清洗转换、共享应用，建立统一数据底座，构建数据全生命周期管理；并结合数字孪生构建智慧校园三维可视化平台，通过可视化架构和BI数据分析工具探索展示分析路径。通过数据治理与可视化分析，能够向业务部门提供即取即用的数据服务，保证了数据的实时性和共享性，有效解决了数据碎片化、来源不准确等问题，同时可视化分析能助力智慧决策，为教学质量优化、科研创新支持及校园安防提供数据驱动新范式。

Exploration on data governance and visualization analysis paths of smart campus

Abstract： In response to the current pain points in data governance and the status quo of data analysis in universities and colleges, we actively explore a data governance path centered on the data middle platform. Starting from two aspects—standardization and infrastructure development, and integration construction—we carry out data standard development, data collection and aggregation, data cleaning and transformation, and data sharing and application, so as to establish a unified data foundation and build a full-lifecycle data management system. In addition, we build a 3D visualization platform for smart campuses by combining digital twin technology, and explore an analytical path through visualization architecture and BI data analysis tools. Through data governance and visual analysis, we can provide on-demand data services for business departments, ensuring data real-time performance and shareability, and effectively addressing issues such as data fragmentation and inaccurate data sources. Meanwhile, visual analysis can facilitate data-driven decision-making, providing a new data-driven paradigm for teaching quality improvement, scientific research innovation support, and campus security.
